What is a reflective Wind Spinner?
They are mobils or decorative ornaments that are lazor cut from 18 gauge steel and powder-coated for a highly reflective finish. They seem to pulse as they spin.
What is a gazing ball?
Gazing ball wind spinners come with a luminescent stainless steel globe in the center. They come in dazzeling colors that give them a glow no other can match. Some of our gazing balls come with a mini EyCatcher attatched to the bottom. These are appoximately 12 inches in diameter and the mini is 3.5 inches in diameter. They make great gifts and are a nice touch to any outdoor display.
How do I hang my wind spinner or gazing ball?
A great way to display your wind spinner is with heavy fishing line. This will show only the product with the illusion of it hanging freely in the air. The fishing line helps it to turn more freely and will rewind itself with more motion. You can also use an S hook or a chain. Battery run motors are also available. Where should I display my Wind spinner or Gazing ball ?
They show off their brilliance the best outside in a breezy well lit area. If you are displaying your wind spinner inside, place it by an air conditioner vent, fan, or open window. We also have spinning motors available under Accessories.
What can I hang my product on?
A porch, patio, tree, shepard's pole or hook are great places to hang wind spinners.
How do I display multiple items in a line?
There are holes at the bottom of the wind spinners to hang others under them. We suggest that you use a large S hook or a bent paper clip to connect them to each other.
Will my product rust?

How heavy are the wind spinners?
Small ones are between 1/4 and 1 pound, mediums are 1-3 pounds, large are up to 5 pounds.
How do I clean my wind spinner?
They may be cleaned with a damp cloth. DO NOT use any harsh abbrasives as it may dull their brilliance.
Will you have new items coming out?
New items are constanly becoming available.

How will my purchase be shipped and how long will it take to receive it?
All orders are shipped Priority Mail or Fed Ex. They will be shipped within 2 bussiness days. It shoud take 7-10 business days to receive your product.
How do I get my defective EyCatcher replaced?
Contact us by e-mail within 5 days of purchase and we will provide you with a routing number. Return your packaging slip, defective merchandise and return address information and routing number to the return address on your package with an explaination of the proplem. Defective merchandise is replaced free of charge.
