Damaged or Defective Goods
Damaged or defective wind spinners and accessories cannot be returned for purchase price, but will be replaced FREE of charge. In order to return a damaged or defective item for replacement, you must contact us within 72 hours of receit of the item. You will receive a shipping number that is to be enclosed with your return. If the item is returned without this number, there will be no refund or exchange. If an item is returned without a shipping number or after the 72 hour grace period, there will be a 25% restocking fee.
